Important notes:


With so many plans available, defaults, some CCJs and past arrears can be assessed as not "existing". In general, each months' arrears and CCJ counts as "1 Status" point. Use the typical plans opposite only as a guide as we will always source the cheapest loan plan for the client's circumstances from our panel of lenders...helping all we can.


Since ICOB rules of 14.01.05 during processing, if clients demands and needs are relevant, an optional single premium payment protection policy may be taken by them. If they take this option and we arrange it for them, an additional 1% of the net loan value will be paid to you as the introducer after the 30 day cancellation period for the insurance has passed (provided the clients have not cancelled the policy).

No additional commission will be paid for applications that complete with monthly premium protection policy

Plans depend on:

  • Can the client prove their income?
  • Does the client want to self-certify their income?
  • Has the client had CCJs, defaults or arrears?
  • Has the client had mortgage arrears in the last 12 months?
  • Does the client want us to ignore their current credit commitments?
  • What percentage of the property is mortgaged?
